1. Monthly Ranking Report - At the beginning of your campaign, you will be provided with a baseline ranking report showing you specifically where your website ranks for the keywords we are going to optimize for you. After your first 30 days, you will be sent an updated ranking report for those same terms.
2. Anytime Access to Reports - Access will be given to you that will allow you to look at your website's data throughout the month. This allows you to stay in the loop with your website rankings throughout the month.
3. Keyword Research and Analysis - You will know exactly what keywords in your product/market/service niche have substantial search volume and their respective competition levels. It will then be determined whether your website should be using geographically targeted keywords or national terms.
4. On-Site Optimization - On-Site SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is the practice of optimizing your website’s source code to fit the major search engines criteria. Having the proper keywords placed in the proper positions on your websites source code will help ranking dramatically. We edit the Title, Keywords and Description tags.
5. Backlinking Campaign (up to 650 backlinks per month) - WEB 2.0 blog posts, micro blogs, social bookmarking, article marketing, and RSS feeds are all used to generate backlinks to valid pages of your website. This process increases both search engine activity to the website and user activity to the website, therefore working two-fold to increase traffic to your website. More targeted visits to the website equals better search engine rankings and potentially more sales and leads.
6. Keyword Optimization (up to 7 keywords) - The act of researching, analyzing and selecting the best keywords to target in order to drive qualified traffic from search engines to your website. Keyword search optimization is a critical step in the initial stages of search engine marketing. Ongoing keyword optimization is necessary to keep uncovering new keyword opportunities and to expand your reach into various keyword verticals. So keyword optimization isn't a "set it and forget it" process. By continuously performing keyword analysis and expanding your database of keywords, your site traffic, leads and sales will continue to grow.
7. WEB 2.0 Blog Posts and Micro Blogs - Articles about your industry/niche are compiled and then we keyword lace the document using anchor text backlinks directing traffic to your website. This creates two benefits: the increase in organic search engine rankings and prospects reading the article may click directly into your webpage as a hot lead. Most of the Web 2.0 sites in our network have high page ranks, increasing the worth of their backlink. Examples of Web 2.0 sites are: Squidoo, Hubpages, Wetpaint. Shorter articles are also written and submitted to micro blog sites with an anchor text backlink to further increase ranking.
8. Social Bookmarking - Social bookmarking is yet another type of backlink that will help increase overall search engine ranking while delivering direct traffic to your website. Most of the social bookmark directories we use are very highly page ranked and are high page authority websites to search engines. We write one paragraph blurb, pertaining to your industry/niche, that includes an anchor text backlink to your website. Some examples of social bookmarking websites are: Reddit, Delicious, Google Bookmarks, Digg.
9. Article Marketing - Article marketing is a very common type of backlinking: write an article, submit the article to a high page rank directory, and include a backlink to your homepage with anchor text. This is very effective in building rankings/traffic. Examples of article marketing websites are: Ezine Articles, Article Alley, Go Articles.
10. RSS Feed Syndication of All Work Completed - This is an extremely important part of our overall campaign. If all the backlinks and exposure we create are never found by the search engines, then your rankings never increase. We take all of the links we create for your website and combine them into RSS feeds and syndicate them to several RSS syndication websites. This ensures Google, Yahoo and Bing find the work we did and give your website increased rankings because of it.
